We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction of a large Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in NSW, Australia. The role includes managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule targets.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working under Australian union and industrial relations frameworks, particularly within NSW. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience in utility-scale renewable or power projects.
The Site Manager will ensure all EPC standards, HSE requirements, and project milestones are met safely, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance.
