They are looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join its growing tax team.
Working alongside experienced Partners and Directors, you'll manage a varied portfolio of corporate clients, providing both compliance and advisory services across a broad range of industries.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise while taking on greater client responsibility and progressing towards Manager.

The Role
- Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance deadlines are met.
- Review corporation tax computations and returns prepared by junior team members.
- Prepare and review tax provisions and supporting calculations.
- Support on a range of advisory assignments including restructures, group reorganisations, R&D, capital allowances, share schemes and transaction support.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted day-to-day adviser.
- Coach, mentor and review the work of junior members of the team.
- Work closely with Partners and Directors on technically challenging assignments and business development initiatives.
About You
- ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong UK corporate tax experience gained within an accountancy practice.
- Experience reviewing work and supervising junior staff.
- Comfortable managing client relationships.
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills.
- Keen to continue developing technically and progress your career within a leading practice.
