Growing Firm of Chartered Accountants in Central London location with an opportunity to really make a difference. This well-established and growing firm is currently seeking an audit senior manager or partner designate due to continual growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious professional to join a firm where you can really make a difference.
This role is ideal for a current Responsible Individual (RI) or an experienced Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director aiming to achieve RI status and progress to partnership. If you want a firm that will value your input, encourage you to make changes and improve processes, and want you to be an integral part of the future success of the firm, this could be for you.
You will:
- Lead and manage audit and accounts assignments for a varied portfolio of clients, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Provide strategic advice and support to clients on financial and business matters.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and participating in client pitches.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive the firm's strategic objectives and growth plans.
You will have:
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in managing a client portfolio of audit and non-audit clients.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, FRS 101.
- Experience with IFRS would be beneficial.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress to Partner level.
