GPN Recruitment are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded accountancy firm that is looking to strengthen its Corporate Tax team with an experiencedCorporate Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
As Corporate Tax Manager, you will have a broad role across bothcorporate tax compliance and advisory, with an approximate60% compliance / 40% advisorysplit.
- Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients from a variety of sectors
- Reviewing and overseeing corporation tax computations and returns
- Providing corporate tax advice and identifying tax planning opportunities
- Supporting clients with ad hoc corporate tax queries
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Reviewing work completed by more junior members of the team
- Assisting Partners with more complex advisory projects
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the tax team
- Contributing to the continued development of the firm's corporate tax offering
Qualifications & Skills:
xgikmsk
- CTA qualified
- Currently operating at Corporate Tax Manager level
- Strong corporate tax compliance experience
- Experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax
- Advisory experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills
- Confident reviewing work and supporting more junior members of the team
