Key responsibilities Lead audits from planning through to completion for clients in diverse sectors.
Supervise and review the work of junior team members.
Build strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact during audits.
Manage deadlines and ensure audits are delivered on time and within budget.
Liaise with managers and directors to communicate progress and findings.
Prepare and review accounts where required (approx. 5% of workload).
Qualifications and Skills ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong audit experience in practice.
In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP; IFRS exposure is advantageous.
Confident leading audits for clients from planning to completion.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
