The RoleYou will be reporting to Audit Managers and Seniors, responsible for assisting with and participating in audit assignments at client sites and producing summaries covering financial statements, client business issues, systems and controls.
Main Duties
Produce statutory accounts and draft tax computations
Work on audit assignments at client sites
Provide summaries covering financial statements, client business issues, systems and controls
Liaise closely with clients and other stakeholders, keeping the relevant manager/supervisor informed of developments
Skills & ExperienceRequired
Already working towards ACA/ACCA qualification with audit file preparation, accounts and corporate tax experience
Double entry accounting and bookkeeping skills
Statutory and management accounts preparation for UK entitiesCompetent in using MS Office, particularly Excel – intermediate / advanced level
Ability to take responsibility for and complete smaller audit assignments
Desirable
Knowledge of Caseware, Sage, Quickbooks, Xero, Alphatax and CCH
