The successful candidate will work closely with a broad range of private clients, providing both compliance and advisory support, while helping to develop junior members of the team.

Key

Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates and more.

Oversee the delivery of personal tax compliance services across a varied client base.

Review tax returns and ensure deadlines are met across the portfolio.

Provide advice on a wide range of personal taxation matters.

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and external advisers.

Deliver a high level of service while ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately.

Identify opportunities to provide additional tax planning and advisory support.

Liaise with HMRC regarding client matters when required.

Support, mentor, and develop members of the tax team.

Review work completed by junior staff and provide constructive feedback.

Assist with workload management and resource planning.

Support Partners and Directors with advisory projects.

Qualifications & Skills: CTA qualified, or ACA / ACCA qualified with significant personal tax experience.

Previous tax experience within a UK accountancy practice.

Strong technical knowledge of UK personal taxation.

Experience managing a client portfolio.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
