Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing compliance and advisory work.
- Be responsible for reviewing corporate tax returns and VAT returns.
- Build strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
- Support the team in onboarding new clients.
- Support, coach and develop junior team members.
- Manage billing, WIP and support efficient project delivery within agreed budgets and timescales.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent, CTA desired but not essential).
- Experience working within a UK accountancy firm.
- Excellent corporate tax experience, from compliance through to advisory work.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients and being the main point of contact for clients.
- Previous people management or leadership experience, with a passion for developing others.
- Strong communication skills.
