A well-established, reputable accountancy firm in Central London is seeking an Audit Assistant Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Audit Senior or a finalist looking to step into a broad, client-facing role within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

You will be joining a collaborative team with a strong reputation for quality, professional development, and long-term staff retention. The firm works with a diverse client base across multiple sectors, offering genuine variety and responsibility at Assistant Manager level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading audits from planning through to completion
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts prepared under FRS 102 and FRS 105
  • Coaching, supervising, and reviewing the work of juniors
  • Supporting Partners and Managers with workflow planning and deadlines

You will ideally have:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent, or be a finalist)
  • Strong audit experience gained within UK practice
  • Experience leading audits and managing junior staff
  • Experience reviewing work and mentoring juniors
  • Confident communication skills and a client-focused mindset
