This boutique firm of accountants punch well above their weight in terms of size of clients.The job vacancy is to manage a client portfolio consisting of Owner managed businesses and SMEs with turnovers up to £250M and manage a small team of staff. The role will be a mix of being hands on and managing, with duties to include: Workload management and delivery of high-quality services to clients. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Spotting new business opportunities when speaking with clients and providing client with a solution to their needs. Preparation and review of management accounts and forecasts. Preparation, review and delivery of year end accounts. Management and supervision of work completed by staff Advisory work – Management and delivery of projects to improve processes and client experience. Review practice billing and track one-off engagements through to completion and ensure they are billed. Conduct periodic fee reviews of client accounts.
