Responsibilities

• Handle cash register operations with speed and accuracy during the morning rush.
• Familiarize yourself with the menu to assist customers with choices and inquiries.
• Take and process orders quickly and accurately to maintain efficient service.
• Prepare basic coffee and beverage orders with care to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming front counter area and dining space.
• Treat guests as the highest priority and address needs with a positive attitude.
• Adhere to Dunkin\’ Donuts brand standards and systems to deliver high-quality service and products.
• Promote current promotions and upsell menu items where appropriate.
• Follow all operational policies related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent in English with effective communication skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Tech-savvy; able to navigate basic computer and POS system functions.
• Reliable and able to arrive on time, ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pre-employment screening: must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• No prior experience required—willingness to learn and grow.

Pay rate: $13.00 per hour. Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Employment type: Part-time. Seniority level: Entry level.
