We are seeking energetic individuals to lead our convenience store operations. This role involves managing store activities, team leadership, inventory, financial responsibilities, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

**Compensation:** $12/hour
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff
- Provide feedback and foster a positive work environment
- Manage employee schedules and inventory
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety
- Handle financial tasks and step in for the Store Manager when needed
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 18 years old (or 21 depending on state)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Auto insurance on the vehicle
- Flexible with shifts and days
- Fluent in English and comfortable with basic math
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
- Eager to learn, especially for Tennessee applicants in Topshelf Manager Training
