Assistant Manager

We are seeking energetic individuals to lead our convenience store operations. This role involves managing store activities, team leadership, inventory, financial responsibilities, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

**Compensation:** $12/hour

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff
• Provide feedback and foster a positive work environment
• Manage employee schedules and inventory
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety
• Handle financial tasks and step in for the Store Manager when needed
• Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum 18 years old (or 21 depending on state)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Auto insurance on the vehicle
• Flexible with shifts and days
• Fluent in English and comfortable with basic math
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Eager to learn, especially for Tennessee applicants in Topshelf Manager Training
