Become a Licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Officer nationwide within days, and offer credit repair services to your clients that don't credit qualify for FHA, VA, Conventional, or Commercial Loans. We are backed by a credit union; there is no SAFE exam requirement and no continuing education, only a background check is required. All you need to do is sign up as an Advocate, receive your NMLS number the same day or next business day, and literally start writing residential mortgage loans within a few weeks.
PROCESS TO HIRE:
Once you've applied and submitted your resume, if selected to move forward, you will be contacted to sign up as an "Advocate" with our parent company. You will be responsible for your licensing and affiliation fees for all 50 states. Weekly training on the Mortgage Industry starts the Monday after your entire onboarding process is completed. 2 Weeks of Training is Required. You can train while you start building your network to success!
You will receive a 20 Question Test on what you've learned about the Mortgage Industry and the Company. An 80% Passing Grade is Required to continue as a MLO. You will invest in your business and licensing. You will be licensed to originate in 50 STATES WITH NO SAFE TEST REQUIRED. WE ARE BACKED BY A FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. JUST BACKGROUND CHECK & FINGERPRINTS ARE PRE-REQUISITES TO BE A RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE ORIGINATOR.
