A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Central Sales Co-ordinator to join GPE’s Flex Leasing team on a 12 month fixed term contract. GPE is a leading Central London property investment and development company listed on the London Stock Exchange. With around 150 employees, the business owns approximately £2.3 billion of real estate - predominantly commercial, alongside retail and a small residential portfolio, all located in the heart of London. Job Requirements

A key role within the Flex Leasing Team, the role will act as the first point of contact for all flexible workspace leasing enquiries, liaising directly with agents, brokers and customers. The main aim is to support the Leasing Managers, by managing lead flow within CRM, ensuring prompt responses to enquiries, coordinating viewings and facilitating smooth communication across internal teams.

You will also play an important role in supporting the flexible workspace marketing team, helping to maintain accurate online availability and contributing to our digital marketing strategy. You will work closely with the wider Leasing team, Customer Experience Managers and Portfolio Managers.

Job Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for all flexible workspace enquiries, dealing with agents, brokers and customers directly.
  • Provide an exceptional first impression to agents, brokers and customers when responding to enquiries and sending availability schedules, pricing and marketing collateral.
  • Logging all opportunities into the CRM system, assisting in qualifying leads, and following up on opportunities to convert enquiries to viewings.
  • Managing and reviewing the accuracy of the Agent Portal (Kato) alongside our agent partners.
  • Liaising with Customer Experience Managers and/or on-site team ahead of viewings, ensuring digital presentations are live and ready.
  • Responsible for ensuring our Availability Schedule is accurate and up to date.
  • Support with updates across marketing collateral including brochures and building handbooks.
  • Maintaining broker and agent database.
  • Generate reports on leasing data to assist with leasing strategy and financial reporting.
  • Develop strong relationships with the agent and broker community, and support the Leasing team with planning regular engagement activities e.g. ‘working from an asset’ day, events and celebrations.
  • Development opportunity to take on wider leasing activities within our Fully Managed portfolio.
Critical Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven track record using CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Central London flexible workspace market.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work autonomously on tasks and manage your own workload to ensure that all relevant deadlines are met.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Able to work well under pressure, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and interact at all levels of GPE.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work as a team player.
  • Customer-facing experience in a corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent people skills with proven ability to build and manage effective relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels, including senior executives.
