About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Service Delivery Co‐ordinator to join our team in a flexible and dynamic role. You'll be responsible for managing the onboarding process for clinicians while also supporting rota coordination and operational needs, depending on the demands of the business. This is a dynamic and impactful position, offering the opportunity to contribute across key areas of our service delivery. From welcoming new clinicians and guiding them through onboarding, to coordinating rotas and supporting day‐to‐day operations, your role will be essential to the smooth running of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Compliance
- Manage the onboarding journey for clinicians, ensuring timely collection of compliance documentation
- Meet internal KPIs and ensure all onboarding steps are completed ahead of deployment
- Liaise with our partners to coordinate inductions, equipment delivery (e.g. laptops), and system access
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Service Delivery teams to ensure a seamless clinician setup
- Support with recruitment activities such as screening candidates and posting adverts
- Rota & Operational Support
- Assist with rota coordination and shift management across multiple services
- Confirm clinician availability, update schedules, and communicate changes
- Maintain accurate and up to date compliance and documentation records
- Managing client feedback
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an administrative role with exposure to onboarding/recruitment, compliance, or rota coordination (healthcare background desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Rota Master experience is a plus
- London‐based or able to travel to City/West End sites as required
