Opportunity to join a highly profitable business overseeing the financial operations of multiple companies (circa 10 entities). The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in tax and advisory, combined with a strong background in finance and accounting. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional seeking to make a strategic impact while collaborating closely with the company’s leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage tax strategy, compliance, and advisory across the organisation.
  2. Oversee the preparation and filing of Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT, PAYE/PRSI.
  3. Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies, credits, reliefs, and deductions in line with Irish tax laws.
  4. Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, management accounts, and performance reports.
  5. Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support overall business objectives.
  6. Assess future project opportunities in line with financial goals.
  7. Work alongside owners to provide financial insights and strategic advice.
  8. Manage and mentor a small team of finance professionals.
  9. Collaborate with the Operations Manager.

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 8 years PQE in Finance and Accounting.
  2. Qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CFA preferred).
  3. Proven track record in strategic financial planning, risk management, and operational leadership.
  4. Strong track record in tax management.
  5. Proficiency in managing complex financial structures across multiple entities.

Salary & Benefits:

  1. €80,000–€120,000 (negotiable for the right candidate).
