Your Role
We're looking for an experienced Content Designer to support GP Bullhound's high-volume creative output. This is a hands-on production role combining design execution, content coordination, and stakeholder management - ideal for someone who thrives delivering quality work at pace across multiple briefs simultaneously. You’ll work directly with our marketing team and sector leads to turn strategy into published assets: deal announcement graphics, event collateral, social content, reports, presentations, video assets, and podcast materials. You’ll own projects end-to-end, working autonomously while staying closely connected to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality creative assets across digital channels
- Create campaign materials including social media graphics, email banners, brochures, flyers, reports, infographics and event collateral
- Manage brand consistency across all collateral; ensure compliance with GP Bullhound visual identity
- Rapid iteration - move from brief to final asset in hours, not days
- Video & Media Production
- Film B-roll and event content at live events
- Produce and edit engaging video content for LinkedIn, event promotion, and report launches
- Support podcast recording sessions and basic editing
- Produce short-form content, motion graphics, animations and multimedia assets where appropriate
- Creative Operations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within agreed deadlines
- Maintain version control and governance of creative assets
- Partner confidently across departments – reaching out for input, chasing down details, and flagging issues and roadblocks early
Your Experience
- Proven experience in brand, marketing, or visual design (agency or in-house)
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficiency in Canva; experience designing at speed for high-volume output
- Motion graphics and video production experience (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects)
- Portfolio demonstrating brand work, campaign assets, or content-led projects
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver quality under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in financial services, investment banking, B2B, or B2B tech
- Experience designing complex, data-rich content (reports, presentations, infographics)
- Experience managing brand systems or templates
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms
