Position Overview
- RFQ & Proposal Coordination: This role sits at the intersection of Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring accurate cost construction, coordinated vendor engagement, and structured RFQ execution across the European business.
- Cost Modelling & Pricing Analysis: The position plays an integral part in pricing development and supply selection by building cost models, analysing vendor proposals, and structuring commercial comparisons. While not the final decision-maker, the role influences pricing and supply strategy through data, insights, and recommendations.
- Internal Coordination: The role acts as the central conduit between internal stakeholders and supply partners - including external vendors and internal manufacturing units, ensuring proposals are aligned, comparable, and delivered in a timely and structured manner to support final commercial approval.
- Data Integrity & Pipeline Management: Success in the role is measured by accuracy, response speed, quality of analysis, and clarity of commercial insight.
Required Experience & Skills
- Degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance, or related discipline
- 3–7 years of experience in costing, pricing analysis, supply chain analytics, or commercial operations
- Strong Excel and data modelling capability
- Experience coordinating RFQs, tenders, or supplier proposals
- Ability to analyse multiple supply scenarios simultaneously
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or pipeline management tools
Advantageous
- Packaging or manufacturing industry experience
- Working with international suppliers and manufacturing plants
- Power BI or reporting dashboard experience
