The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

The HR Workforce Analyst will use their analysis skills, relationship building and a developing professional understanding of the Higher Education sector to work with colleagues in both academic departments and in professional services to help them make the most of available data, to improve data quality, make evidence-based decisions and to enhance QMUL strategy and planning processes. The post holder will play a pivotal role in working closely with the HR Workforce Analytics Manager and HR Workforce Analytics Lead to enhance and take the analytics function forward, supporting the delivery of the People and Organisational Development Strategy and ensuring that QMUL remains an employer of choice.

You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent professional experience, combined with relevant training in data analytics. We also welcome applications from those who may have similar professional training/experience with transferable skills, who are interested in developing a career in data analytics.

The HR Function sits within Professional Services and is part of the group of services that enable and facilitate the success of our students and academics. Along with other professional service areas the HR Department seeks to deliver value for money through efficiency, economy, effectiveness and equity.
