We’re now looking for an On site Learning Administrator to work at our client’s premises in Basildon (Dunton) and Dagenham, ensuring all Classes / Sessions / Events running, either in person or virtually, are successfully organised. You will also be personally responsible for maintaining excellent Client and Stakeholder relationships, as well as contributing to the Internal KPI’s / SLA’s and ensuring all Customer Satisfaction scores are achieved or exceeded. This is a part time opportunity working 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 7am -12pm. Job Summary General administration in the Learning Management System (LMS) Create and adjust courses based on the product manager specifications Digital dispatch of invitation links, documents, requirements for virtual trainings Room reservations in the internal room booking system Keep product managers and trainers informed at all times Participant handling including reminders, adjustments, cancellations Being Commercially and Contractually aware and able to manage high level conversations with vendors Populating Client LMS with relevant costs for learners Provide feedback to product managers and vendors if needed Materials management including obtaining documents, printing, requesting physical material in internal system Trainer briefing of meeting locations and site protocols Inform all involved parties about schedule and any changes Coordinate advance travel for trainer and participants if necessary Main local contact for client & Learner inquiries Develop and maintain relationships with the stakeholder community and discuss potential learning and development needs. Qualifications You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure and within demanding timescales; ideally, you’ll also have previous experience in a Training Co-ordination / Learning Administration or Event co-ordination role. Networking skills and the ability to be able to converse confidently with Senior Stakeholders / Learners Proven teamwork experience and effective communication skills Well presented Able to navigate large client premises that are industrial/manufacturing in nature Ability to build relationships with key client site service teams such as Security, Facilities Management and cleaning contractors Driving license and own vehicle (Business use insurance will need to be evidenced) Strong IT skills with experience of MS Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to navigate and pick up new software This role is split across 2 sites (Dagenham and Dunton) and as such your contract will state 2 places of work. These locations are only 17 miles apart and you will need to be able to work in both locations on different days, depending on what Events are running / holiday cover / team meetings etc. necessitate it.
