Overview
In this fixed-term onsite role in London, you will drive learning initiatives and program execution for global and local audiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver learning events, ensuring accurate information and timely outcomes. You’ll coach training coordinators and navigate changing procedures, contributing to scalable programs that support the company’s talent transformation goals. This role offers hands-on project leadership within a dynamic, global team and a chance to shape learning experiences for diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Proactive and professional communication with team members and stakeholders
- Create detailed project plans for global and local learning initiatives
- Keep the team organized toward key deliverables and outcomes
- Ensure accuracy of information related to learning events and meetings
- Be agile, learn quickly, and anticipate problems to execute tasks effectively
- Develop, coach, and lead training coordinators to drive accountability and timely task completion
- Collaborate with local and global teams and clients both internally and externally
Key requirements
- Project management experience (PMP desirable but not required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
