We are seeking an Early Careers Development Lead who will oversee the progress of apprentices within the specified programme, ensuring the quality of delivery meets the standards set by the client, EPA, funding agencies, and regulatory bodies.
This is a part time, office-based role working 22.5 hours per week at our client's site in Bristol, United Kingdom.
About The Role
You'll coach and mentor a cohort of Apprentices, supporting them towards achievement of their Apprenticeship programme, whilst accurately managing all associated data and stakeholder relationships.
- To assist and support the Client and GP Strategies Management team with the delivery of KPIs within your designated programme and business area.
- To deliver and develop own skills and professional qualifications to support Apprentice training in a blended learning approach that includes coaching individual and group training.
- To undertake a tripartite review with the Lead provider ensuring all apprentices are reviewed using the individual learning plan every 8 or 12 weeks as agreed with the client and the Lead Provider.
- To ensure that Apprentice data is managed efficiently with no gaps or incorrect data and also to be accountable for learners on your holdings reports.
- Ensure full understanding of recording and managing Apprentice absence, holiday process and expenses using the client systems.
- Attendance at best practice and standard meetings to meet the requirements of the ADL role.
- To be the single point of contact for your specified Lead Providers managing any operational issues and raising to the Apprentice Program Lead as appropriate.
- To manage operational governance including quarterly governance board meetings with business leads.
- To ensure that the Equality, Diversity, Health, Safety, Safeguarding and Quality Policies are adhered to within your area of responsibility and that any non-compliance is reported to your manager.
What We Need
A self-motivated and effective team player who possesses excellent communication and organisational skills with previous apprenticeships/people management/teaching experience.
- Business or Engineering Apprenticeship/ qualification (other disciplines will be considered)
- Strong administration and data management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Car owner and driver with the willingness to travel to other locations if necessary.
- Professional attitude.
- Current sector occupational competence and evidence of ongoing CPD practice at the appropriate level.
- Excellent standard of secondary education.
- Proficient user of MS Office
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- PTLLS Level 3 or equivalent teaching qualification
- Professional qualification/ Degree.
- A good understanding of safeguarding procedures
