This contract role offers the unique opportunity to play a critical part in our client's journey towards a greener future.
Your Role
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be an essential member of our client's Construction Team. Reporting to a Construction Package Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing multidisciplinary site supervision for construction activities.
- Acting as a pivotal team member responsible for the successful delivery of assigned work packages.
- Occasionally deputising for Construction Package Project Managers or other supervisors as needed.
- Contributing expertise to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards within timelines.
- Collaborating on pre-construction and active construction phases, ensuring seamless transition to Asset Management teams.
Key Skills
- Onshore Wind Expertise: A strong understanding of onshore wind farm construction processes and challenges.
- Construction Management: The ability to oversee and guide multidisciplinary teams on-site effectively.
- English Proficiency: Fluent English communication skills to ensure clarity and consistency across stakeholders.
