The Opportunity: We're not just another content agency. We're a fully remote content growth partner managing 100,000+ followers and generating hundreds of thousands of monthly views for our B2B clients. Some of whom are making $8,000,000+ in annual revenue. Plus, we've tripled our own revenue in the last year.

Here’s What Makes Us Different:

  • Proven Growth Track Record: We've 3x'd our business while maintaining quality - our clients' content actually generates leads and builds brands.
  • Small Team = Massive Growth Potential: Work directly with the founder, acquire skills rapidly, and shape the trajectory of a fast-scaling agency.
  • Real Impact, Real Results: Your videos are helping multi-million dollar businesses generate leads and sign more clients.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): You'll own YouTube strategy for our portfolio of B2B clients, directly impacting their lead generation and pipeline growth. This isn't about vanity metrics or 'content for content's sake.' You'll build content systems that turn attention into booked calls and convert viewers into customers.

The Role: B2B YouTube Strategist

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategic planning process for client YouTube channels.
  • Audit channels and diagnose what's broken (positioning, topics, packaging, CTA).
  • Build channel positioning around each client's offer without being 'salesy.'
  • Create monthly content calendars + weekly idea pipelines.
  • Develop titles and thumbnail concepts that stop the scroll.
  • Produce ~3 strategy briefs per day (45 min target per brief once trained).
  • Research YouTube weekly to identify new angles, patterns, and winning formats.
  • Conduct deep competitor analysis to understand ICP pains, language patterns, and offer angles.
  • Study client industries and develop usable strategies within 1-2 business days.
  • Stay current on B2B YouTube trends and lead‑gen best practices.
  • Translate business offers into content that pulls leads.

Performance Optimization & Iteration:

  • Weekly review of views -> booked calls metrics.
  • Adjust topic selection and packaging when views dip.
  • Refine CTA strategy and lead capture when conversions drop.
  • Collaborate with scriptwriters and editors to ensure clean execution.
  • Build systems that turn attention into pipeline consistently.

Who You Are: Non-Negotiables & Must-Haves

Deal-Makers (You Need All of These):

  • B2B YouTube Lead-Gen Experience: Real proof of generating booked calls from YouTube for B2B brands - channels, screenshots, results, case studies.
  • Systems Thinker: You think in frameworks and repeatable systems, not random one-off ideas.
  • Research Prowess: You can study a new industry and produce a usable strategy in 1-2 business days.
  • Execution Speed: You ship fast, stay organized, and can produce 3 quality briefs per day once you learn our format.
  • Availability: Available to work EST business hours for collaboration and real‑time communication.

Deal-Breakers (Any of These = Not a Fit):

  • No B2B YouTube lead‑generation experience or real results to show.
  • Only know B2C, entertainment, or 'creator growth' strategies.
  • Never managed multiple clients or maintained strategic consistency across different industries.
  • Move slow, need hand‑holding, or avoid ownership when results dip.
  • Unwilling to work EST hours or meet aggressive weekly delivery expectations.

You're Perfect If You:

  • Get fired up about systems that turn views into booked calls.
  • Think in positioning, packaging, and conversion psychology.
  • Have stories about channels where your strategy generated real pipeline.
  • Can look at any B2B business and immediately see what content will pull leads.
  • Ran a B2B YouTube marketing agency before (even if you shut it down - we want to know what you learned).

The Package: What's In It for You

  • Base: $85,000 - $100,000 Per Year (based on experience).
  • Performance Bonus: Company bonuses are tied to pod/team profit. Usually 5-10% of yearly salary.

The Perks:

  • Fully remote - work from anywhere with a laptop and internet.
  • Work directly with the founder - no layers of bureaucracy.
  • Rapid skill acquisition - small team means you'll grow fast.
  • Shape our growth - join before we hit our next major milestone and influence how we scale.

The Real Benefits:

  • Work on B2B businesses doing $1-7M in revenue that are actually scaling and see your strategies generate real booked calls.
  • Skip the content mill chaos - we build custom strategies for each client instead of forcing everyone through the same template.
  • Your strategies ship in days, not weeks - fast feedback loops mean rapid improvement.
  • Join a company that tripled revenue in a year and is building the most reliable content growth partner for B2B businesses.

Our Values: The DNA of GP Socials

  • Speed: Speed creates room for unavoidable errors. We move fast, test quickly, and iterate relentlessly.
  • Ownership: Everyone makes mistakes, but we'll go further when we own them and learn from them. No excuses, just solutions.
  • Grit: The more hits you can take, the more unstoppable you become. We embrace challenges as opportunities to prove what we're made of.
  • Excellence: Good isn't good enough. We're building the best content growth partner for B2B businesses, and that requires excellence in everything we do.

The Work Sample (What to Expect in Round 2): If you advance, we'll give you:

  • A client website + offer.
  • A competitor channel to analyze.
  • 4 video ideas.
  • Quick explanation of: why these topics, what they trigger, who they attract.
  • Title1 basic strategy brief for a scriptwriter (angle, hook direction, structure notes, CTA, objections).

This shows us how you think monthly - and how you execute on a single video.

PS - A Personal Note from Braden Ricchini, Founder: The sad truth is that most content agencies treat strategists like idea vending machines. Come up with topics, slap on some titles, move to the next client. But that kinda sounds boring, doesn't it? I'm looking for someone who gets obsessed with the system. Someone who tracks booked calls, not just vanity metrics. Someone who watches the analytics and asks 'why did this video pull 12 leads while that one pulled zero?' Someone who wants to understand not just what topics to choose, but why they convert. Basically, I'm looking for more nerds like me lol. If you're the kind of person who geeks out over positioning, who reverse-engineers competitor channels for fun, who genuinely cares whether our clients' content generates pipeline or just passive views, then we should definitely connect. We're small, we're scaling fast, and you'll have a front-row seat to building something real. No fluff, no fake promises. This is an opportunity to build content systems that actually matter - strategies that turn attention into revenue. The question is, do you have what it takes?
