Role Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll play a key role in creating a friendly, energetic atmosphere, ensuring smooth customer experiences, and supporting the day-to-day running of our simulators, lounge, and bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, assist with bookings, registrations, and general inquiries.
- Provide clear, friendly guidance on simulator use, safety procedures, and racing events.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, events, and promotions to inform guests.
- Serve drinks at the bar and ensure responsible service at all times.
- Respond to customer questions, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the smooth running of the lounge and simulator areas, keeping them clean and organised.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve any simulator-related issues quickly.
- Assist with event preparation and help manage customer flow during busy periods.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 18 or over (serving alcoholic drinks at the bar is part of this role).
- Previous experience in hospitality and customer service is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuinely customer-focused approach.
- Positive, friendly, and approachable personality with a can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to stay calm in busy environments.
- Interest or knowledge of motorsport or gaming is an advantage (but not required).
