Are you ready to take charge of supplier quality and drive excellence at a leading British automotive manufacturer? G&P are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to support a leading UK automotive OEM facility in Surrey. This contract role sits at the heart of supplier performance management, supporting new product introductions while ensuring production flow and zero-defect delivery across a high-performance supply chain.

Benefits Include:

  • £34.00 per hour (Umbrella pay rate)
  • Inside IR35
  • Initial 36 month contract, with a strong potential for ongoing extension
  • Immediate start available

The Supplier Quality Engineer will take ownership of supplier quality performance, driving containment, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across the supply base. You will work closely with manufacturing, suppliers, and third-party inspection teams to proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure robust quality controls are in place.

Key deliverables will include:

  • CSL inspection plans with entry/exit criteria
  • Quality reports and trend analysis
  • Chargeback documentation and supplier accountability tracking
  • Full documentation of daily inspection activities
