Are you a dedicated Production Team Leader with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in manufacturing? We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our exceptional quality management team at a world-class manufacturing site, renowned for its high-performance diesel and gas engines.
Benefits include:
- Up to £13.50 per hour
- Shift allowance of 25% payrate increase after 22:00pm
- Weekend overtime available in peak times starting from 25%+
- 28 days holiday - Inclusive of Bank Holidays

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Production Team Leader will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of between 5 - 10 inspectors, which can increase during peak times. You will work alongside management to successfully organise and lead the hour-to-hour function of designated projects within associated G&P areas.
Working hours are:
Mon - Fri - 06:00am - 15:00pm
Overtime available on weekends
