We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supplier Quality professional to join a growing aerospace and advanced engineering business at an exciting stage of expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in supplier quality, supplier development, and manufacturing quality assurance to play a key role in shaping and improving the supply chain function.

Working closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams, you will support the approval, development, and ongoing management of suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant products across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support supplier approval, onboarding, auditing, and ongoing performance management
  • Drive supplier quality improvements across quality, cost, and delivery performance
  • Lead supplier investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for non-conformances
  • Conduct supplier audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings
  • Support supplier selection, capability assessments, and supply chain risk reviews
  • Coordinate First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and supplier qualification processes
