Are you a Specialist Aircraft Industrial Training Instructor passionate about keeping aerospace teams safe and skilled? We are seeking Industrial Training Instructors to join a global aerospace leader, delivering high-quality, certified training programs across multiple UK manufacturing sites. This role is critical to maintaining operational safety, legal compliance, and workforce competence.

Training Locations and Schedule:
- Flexible delivery schedule based on courses across UK sites
- Primarily Chester (75% of courses), with additional locations including Bristol, Portsmouth, Brize Norton, and Stevenage
Purpose of the Role
The Specialist Aircraft Industrial Training Instructor (Contract or Permanent) is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in specific disciplines across multiple UK aerospace manufacturing sites for a Global company. The purpose of this role is to ensure a safe, compliant, and competent workforce across aerospace manufacturing operations by delivering certified training programs that meet UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) requirements and industry standards through delivery of training programs that meet all regulatory, accreditation, and organisational standards.
This position is critical to maintaining operational safety, reducing workplace incidents, ensuring legal compliance, and enabling personnel to operate equipment and perform their duties safely and effectively. We are looking for multiple training instructors to deliver courses across one or more of the following (Including but not limited to):
- Aircraft Ground Handling
- Aircraft De-Icing
- Towbarless Tug
- Banksman Transport & Traffic
- AGV
- Rib Manipulator Training
Required Qualifications/Standards (one minimum):
- PUWER 1998
- LOLER 1998
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Proven experience delivering Specialist Aircraft or industrial training in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace or similar environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Professional, proactive, and safety-focused attitude
Nice to Have:
- Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments
- Ability to deliver multiple courses across other disciplines (Forklift Trucks, MEWPS, Health & Safety, Aircraft Specific Equipment, Overhead Cranes, Handling Equipment)
- Familiarity with UK HSE regulations and industry safety standards
