G&P are seeking a proactive Parts Analyst to support a leading automotive OEM based in Warwickshire. This contract role plays a critical part in ensuring component supply aligns with programme timing, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain delivery flow for advanced vehicle development programmes.
This position sits at the centre of supplier coordination, delivery planning, and parts tracking, ensuring the right components arrive at the right time to support build and development activities across multiple programmes.

The Parts Analyst role is fast-paced and collaborative, focused on managing supplier delivery plans and ensuring component availability meets programme needs. You will work across Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, and Programme teams to resolve supply challenges, optimise parts flow, and maintain accurate tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and validate supplier delivery plans
- Track delivery progress against programme timing
- Support rate & flow planning with suppliers
- Resolve supplier specification and delivery issues
- Maintain GPIRS and order tracking data
- Report parts delivery status to stakeholders
- Coordinate part transfers between programme stocks
- Escalate risks impacting build schedules
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience within Logistics or supply chain (OEM or Tier 1)
- Strong planning and data management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to prioritise workload independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Experience in fast-paced programme environments
Desirable:
- Experience with RPS, GPIRS, or SAP systems
- Automotive parts supply or programme logistics background
- Prototype or vehicle development experience
