What Youll Be Doing:
As a key member of our team, you\’ll play a crucial role in delivering first-class customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
- Conducting vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests
- Carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer
- Warranty repairs are per the manufacturers guidelines and relevant write up is complete
- Taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified
- Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
- Carrying out MOT tests in line with ministry guidelines
Were seeking individuals who are:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Experienced within the motor industry
- Hold a full and valid UK driving licence
- Self-motivated, yet team-oriented
- Ambitious, eager to learn, and committed to high-quality work
