Shifts: 6:00am 2:00pm / 2:00pm 10:00pm £28.00ph £32.00ph DOE | Outside IR35 On-site canteen Free parking 36 Month Contract We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing facility based in Coventry.

This role is ideal for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer with a strong background in maintaining automated production equipment, robotics and laser welding systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery and automated equipment.

Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime.

Maintain, troubleshoot and support robotic systems and automated production cells.

Carry out maintenance and repairs on laser welding equipment.

Diagnose and repair faults on pneumatic systems.

Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with company procedures.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise equipment reliability and production uptime.

Essential Experience Time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer or equivalent.

Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Experience maintaining robotics and automated production equipment.

Previous experience working with laser welding equipment.

Strong background in Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).

Experience working with pneumatic systems.

ATEX or Comp Ex certification/experience is highly desirable.

Previous experience within an automotive, manufacturing or industrial environment.

Ability to work independently and respond quickly to production breakdowns.
