This role supports a prestigious British high-performance automotive manufacturer and is based on-site in Woking. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead a team of 5-10 Inspectors while supporting quality activities across the site. This is a hands-on role, with a strong focus on writing and maintaining Work Instructions/SOPs/Test Plans, alongside driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Monday - Friday: 06:00am - 14:00pm Flexibility may occasionally be required to support overtime at the end of shifts. Writing and maintaining Work Instructions, SOPs, and Test Plans. Leading and supporting a team of 5-10 Quality Inspectors. Conducting Level Zero investigations and root cause analysis. Planning and coordinating inspection activities. Supporting hands-on inspection activities where required. The ideal Quality Supervisor will have: Supervisory or team leadership experience within an automotive manufacturing environment, or a comparable high-volume engineering/manufacturing sector. Experience writing Work Instructions, SOPs, Test Plans, or similar documentation. Experience investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions. Good Microsoft Office skills. Quality inspection experience. SAP knowledge. Relevant quality or manufacturing qualifications. This is a permanent position with opportunities for progression.
