We are currently recruiting for experienced Engine Build Technicians to join a prestigious automotive client based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performance engineering environment supporting engine warranty investigations and rebuild programmes.

The successful candidates will be responsible for stripping, inspecting, diagnosing, and rebuilding engines relating to customer warranty claims, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strip and rebuild automotive engines to manufacturer specifications
  • Diagnose engine faults and identify causes of warranty failures
  • Carry out detailed inspections of engine components
  • Complete rework and rebuild activities following engineering processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of findings
  • Work closely with engineering and quality teams to support investigations and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Previous engine build, engine strip, or engine assembly experience
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and engine components
  • Experience working within automotive, motorsport, or advanced engineering environments
