We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Paint Inspector to join our team, ensuring the highest quality standards for painted parts and panels.
Job Details:
- Permanent, full-time role
- Monday-Friday schedule: 07:30 - 16:00
Role Overview:
The Automotive Paint Inspector will be responsible for inspecting painted automotive parts and panels for surface defects and quality issues. You will play a key role in maintaining the standard of finished products, identifying imperfections, and supporting production quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect painted parts and panels for defects such as:
- Dents
- High spots / low spots
- Orange peel
- Scratches in the metal or paint
- Other surface imperfections
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive paint inspection or quality control
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify surface imperfections
- Understanding of paint processes and metal finishing
- Good communication skills and ability to document inspection findings
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work permanent weekday hours
