We are looking for a Service Advisor to support operational activities for a 12-week period. The role involves working with Dealer Management Systems (Pinewood, Pinnacle) and associated tools. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Job card costing and setup
- Allocation of parts, oils, and subcontract work
- Work-in-progress review and prioritisation
- Invoicing and reporting
- Escalating issues as required
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) desirable
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good communication and time management
Location: Coventry
Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 with a 30 mins lunch break
Rate: £20.00-£22.00 per hour DOE
