Applicants will need to have a keen eye for detail, ability to work to process, complete work efficiently, possess a good telephone manner, have good communication skills, be a team player who can also work well independently, to provide general assistance and support to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment. While previous experience in customer service or healthcare is preferred, it is not essential. We welcome candidates with strong IT and transferable skills who are eager to learn and grow within the role.
