Private Locum GP

Are you a Doctor seeking a move into a private setting?
We are looking for a Private Locum GP to join our team in Glasgow.

Role Responsibilities:

· Provide private general medical services to individuals seeking a private GP consultation, both online and face to face, at a convenient time involving a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting.

· Completing private medical reports and examinations.

• Undertake clinical work in accordance with the standards of good clinical practice generally accepted within the UK, and in keeping with GMC guidelines.

-Manage clinical workload including taking on additional duties such as managing results of tests and deputising for colleagues.

Your diary will be structured, however we work with 15 minutes appointments and there is dedicated admin time every hour.

Hours: Friday 9:00 am till 1:00 pm.

Rate of Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Person Specification:

GMC registered with a licence to practice and on the GP performers list, with the appropriate NHS appraisal/revalidation in place.

Member of a Medical Defence Organisation currently active in NHS General Practice

5 years of relevant post full registration experience which should include 2 years of post GP qualification experience in the NHS.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £100,000.00 per year
