We are seeking an experienced Quality Compliance Engineer / Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of AS9100-compliant quality management systems across our client’s business. You will play a key role in embedding practical, value-adding quality practices while supporting 2nd- and 3rd-party audits and driving continuous compliance improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain AS9100-compliant quality management controls and procedures.
- Lead and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Translate complex quality requirements into simple, practical processes for operational teams.
- Drive quality culture, capability building, and continuous improvement across the business.
- Manage CAPA processes and internal quality system reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- 15–20+ years’ experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing in QA/QE/Quality Management roles.
- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
- AS9100 Lead Auditor certification (current or recently held).
- Knowledge of AS13100 and aerospace customer quality requirements.
- Proven ability to influence teams, drive compliance, and embed sustainable quality practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and quality management tools.
