Join our Primary Care Mental Health team, bringing practice based mental health services to the North Down and Ards GP Federations. We are recruiting for Senior Mental Health Practitioners.

Salary: £47,810-£54,710 per annum (pro-rata for part time) plus a range of attractive terms and conditions - including membership of the HSC Pension Scheme.
Additional Benefits: Cycle to Work Scheme and NHS Car Lease Scheme. Federations also recognise HSC reckonable service for increment points, annual leave and sick leave.
JOB SUMMARY: The post holder will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care across the practice population. As a highly specialist clinical resource within General Practice, they will provide expert care, advice, and support while working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach across the patient pathway. The role focuses on the application of evidence-based practice, including initial assessments for patients of all ages presenting with undifferentiated or undiagnosed mental health concerns, with timely referral to appropriate professionals or agencies as required.
