The predicted salary is between 31049 - 37796 £ per year.

Salary: £31,049 - £37,796 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: Eastern FSU, 1 Bradford Court Belfast / Hybrid Working with travel to general practice sites within Northern Ireland.

The post holder will work alongside Programme and Project Managers and key stakeholders to support the planning, development and implementation of programmes and projects. This role will work across a number of local delivery units and external partner organisations.

The Project Support Co-ordinator will provide project management support and high-level administration to the Project Team by managing the day-to-day tasks such as updating project plans, tracking progress, producing reports and guiding the team in the production of other project documentation and processes as required.

Essential Criteria:
  • A diploma level qualification (level 5) or above and 2 years experience in a high-level administrative support and/or project support role OR in the absence of this qualification, a minimum of 4 years experience in a high-level administrative support and/or project support role.
  • Experience of supporting projects/workstreams to defined timelines and objectives with minimal supervision and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders including senior staff.
  • Experience of data collection, analysis, and producing reports to support decision-making.
  • Full current driving licence (valid in the UK) and have access to a car at the closing date or have access to a form of transport which will permit the Applicant to carry out the duties of the training post in full.
