As the Head of Finance and Governance, you will have responsibility for the finance function, ensure robust governance, and lead a dedicated team.

The Eastern Federation Support Unit provides corporate services at scale to its member Federations, on a local and regional basis.
We offer a range of attractive terms & conditions of employment including: Hybrid working option: currently 3 days in the office (with free onsite parking) and 2 days working from home per week.
Pension: Access to the HSCNI Pension scheme: employer contributes an amount equal to 23.2% of your pensionable pay.
Holidays: 27 days of annual leave plus 10 days public holidays per annum increasing with service.
Essential Criteria: Fully qualified accountant, holding a recognised professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) and be a member of a relevant professional body such as Chartered Accountants Ireland or equivalent.
Proven experience of leading and managing staff AND demonstrate at least 3 years post qualifying experience providing direct financial advice to senior professional management to inform financial and business decision making.
A minimum of three years experience of successfully providing strategic leadership and direction.
The successful candidate must hold a full current driving license (valid in the UK) and have access to a car at the closing date or have
