Tower Hamlets GP Care Group is seeking a NMC-registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Specialist Perinatal Mental Health team within our 0-5 Health Visiting pathway in Greater London. The role focuses on supporting parents from pregnancy to when the baby is two years old with compassionate, trauma-informed care.
You will work alongside Health Visitors, the Specialist Perinatal Lead and partners to deliver assessments, group interventions and safeguarding, while receiving regular supervision
