GP Automate is on a mission to free up GP practices across England from time‑consuming administrative work, so clinicians can focus on what matters most: patient care. As a Graduate Associate, you will play a hands‑on role across Operations, Sales, and Customer Success, helping us scale our impact across 200+ GP practices and beyond. This is a generalist, high‑ownership role designed for someone who is eager to learn fast, work across multiple functions, and grow with an early‑stage healthtech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support
    • Research and identify prospective GP practices and ICBs that would benefit from GP Automate's solutions
    • Conduct outreach and book discovery calls and demos for the commercial team with potential clients
    • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate pipeline tracking
    • Support the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and follow‑up communications
  • Customer Success
    • Assist the Customer Success team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks including onboarding documentation, client correspondence, and account tracking
    • Help coordinate check‑ins and review meetings with practice managers and clinical leads
    • Gather and log customer feedback to support product and service improvements
  • Operations
    • Support cross‑functional operational processes that underpin both the Sales and Customer Success teams
    • Help with internal reporting, data hygiene, and process documentation
    • Contribute to operational projects as the business scales, including process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent), in any discipline - we care more about drive and attitude than your specific subject
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with GP practice staff and healthcare administrators
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment where things change quickly
  • Genuine interest in healthtech, digital transformation, or the NHS
  • Experience with AI tools, especially Claude
