You’ll run structured calls, manage the Pylon support queue, and own the knowledge base while ensuring NHS information governance throughout onboarding.
This role is a first step from clinical practice into a health-tech career, with hybrid work at the Chancery Lane office and direct contact with GP partners to explain how the platform works.
