Gozney is seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist in Bournemouth on a hybrid pattern (2–3 days in office). You will help customers with technical advice, troubleshoot issues and manage after-sales queries to ensure an excellent experience.
You will work with the CX leadership and teams to resolve warranty claims, share feedback, and contribute to product and process improvements while gaining deep knowledge of Gozney ovens and accessories.
