SUMMARY

The Global VP of Growth is responsible for leading Gozney’s global digital growth engine across Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, and Retention/CRM. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role owns revenue growth across Direct to Consumer (DTC) and marketplace channels, while building the systems, operating rhythms, and team structures needed to scale globally. This is a highly commercial leadership role suited to a growth operator who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability, deep ecommerce expertise, and analytical rigor. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative, performance driven, and comfortable operating in a fast moving, high growth environment.
