Your Mission

As Executive Assistant, you will serve as the connective tissue and operational stabiliser for Tom Gozney (CEO/Founder) and Chief of Staff. The Executive Assistant ensures the CEO/Founder’s time, focus, communication and environment are optimised so he can operate at highest impact. The EA becomes the primary point of coordination between the CEO/Founder, Chief of Staff and the wider organisation (Gozney Family Office, Gozney and external networks). This role blends high-level strategic support with meticulous execution - part air-traffic control, part relationship manager, part practical assistant.

You will:

  • Align constantly with the wider C‑Suite and Chief of Staff to ensure that priorities, actions and information move coherently across the leadership system.
  • Enable the CEO/Founder to dedicate maximum attention to top strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage complex diaries across multiple time zones and domains (personal and professional) anticipating conflicts, making proactive adjustments and being the gatekeeper of the CEO/Founders time.
  • Full inbox management, including triage, drafting communications and organising correspondence for effective prioritisation.
  • Supporting the accountant with light bookkeeping, monthly payroll processes and expense management.
  • Oversee task management across the CEO/Founder, own workload and key projects, creating clarity, accountability, prioritisation and consistent follow-through.
