SUMMARY

This is a broad digital marketing role with a meaningful creative dimension. Alongside supporting performance marketing across paid social, paid search, and email channels, you will spend a significant portion of your time driving the creative briefing process and working closely with our Partnerships team to develop compelling co-branded and partnership content. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who bridges analytical and creative thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced, global e-commerce environment.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Creative Briefing & Partnerships
    • Coordinate the creative briefing process for paid advertising - translating campaign objectives into clear, inspiring briefs for our creative team.
    • Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team to plan, coordinate, and deliver co-branded content and partnership activations, ensuring creative assets are on-brand and deadline-driven.
    • Act as a key liaison between the performance marketing, creative, and partnerships functions, ensuring alignment on messaging, timelines, and content goals.
    • Review and provide feedback on partnership and campaign creative, ensuring it meets both brand guidelines and channel best practices.
    • Support the development of a content calendar that integrates partnership activity with wider marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Marketing
    • Support the planning and setup of paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
    • Assist with paid search campaign management across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including keyword research, bid adjustments, and ad copy testing.
    • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including campaign builds, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
    • Monitor campaign performance and assist in delivering weekly and monthly reports, highlighting insights, trends, and optimisation opportunities.
    • Assist with tracking, tagging, and pixel implementation to ensure accurate measurement and reporting across channels.
    • Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends across performance marketing channels.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to both performance and content or creative disciplines.
  • Experience building ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads; exposure to Pinterest or other social platforms is a bonus.
  • A confident communicator who can write clear, well-structured creative briefs and work collaboratively with creative and external partner teams.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • A genuine interest in food, lifestyle, outdoor culture, or brand storytelling is a big plus.
