About Gowrie NSW Audrey EEC (St Leonards) - OPENING SOON
Opening in August 2026 pending service approvals, Audrey Early Education Centre is a brand new 60-place service located in St Leonards. Operating Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Audrey EEC welcomes children aged 0–5 into a thoughtfully designed learning environment where relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated staff for the following positions:
- Assistant Centre Director
- Educational Leader
- Early Childhood Teachers
- Early Childhood Diploma/Certificate III Educators (Permanent and Casual roles available)
- Administration Assistant
- Centre Cook
Our primary educator model ensures each child is supported by one dedicated educator who develops a deep understanding of their routines, personality, interests, and family context. This consistent and trusted relationship forms the foundation for children’s learning, confidence, and sense of belonging.
As part of the local community, Audrey EEC fosters meaningful connections beyond the centre. We partner with local schools to support smooth transitions to kindergarten, collaborate with allied health professionals to respond to children’s needs early, and create a warm, inclusive space where families feel genuinely at home.
